Privacy Policy

ShortHouse is operated by Elison Inc. ("ShortHouse", "we", "us").

We collect the information needed to run ShortHouse: your sign-in details (via our authentication provider Clerk), your watch progress, the episodes you unlock, and your purchase history.

Payments are processed by Stripe. ShortHouse never receives or stores your full card number.

Video is streamed by Mux, which collects playback quality data (for example buffering and resolution) to keep streams smooth.

Before you sign in, we store an anonymous device identifier in a cookie so we can remember where you stopped watching. When you sign in, that progress moves to your account.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above to operate ShortHouse, or when required by law.

To access or delete your data, email support@shorthouse.app.
