You don't need an account or a card to start watching.
- B2: episodes 1–6 are free
Points
After the free episodes, each episode costs 60 points. Points are a one-time purchase, never a subscription. An episode you unlock is yours for as long as it's on ShortHouse.

Series pass
One payment unlocks every episode of a series, including episodes released later. One-time, never renews.

Refunds
- Points you haven't spent: refundable within 14 days of purchase.
- Points already used to unlock episodes aren't refundable, because those episodes stay unlocked for you.
- Series pass: refundable within 14 days if you haven't watched any of the episodes it unlocked.
- VIP: cancel anytime and keep VIP until the end of the period you paid for. No partial refunds for unused days, except where the law requires.
- Charged in error, or something didn't work? We'll fix it. Email us.

Cancelling
Points and series passes are one-time purchases: there's nothing to cancel and you'll never be charged again. VIP is the only subscription. To cancel it, open My ShortHouse, tap Cancel VIP, then Confirm cancel. You keep VIP until the end of the period you paid for and won't be charged again.
