VIP Terms

ShortHouse is operated by Elison Inc. ("ShortHouse", "we", "us").

What VIP is. VIP is an optional subscription that lets you watch every episode of every series on ShortHouse without spending points, for as long as your VIP is active. Episodes you unlocked with points before or during VIP stay unlocked after VIP ends.

Price and renewal. The price and billing period (for example, weekly) are shown on the sign-up screen and again on the payment form before you pay. You are charged when you sign up, and your VIP then renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same price, until you cancel. Your account page always shows your price and your next renewal date.

Price changes. If we ever change the VIP price, it won't apply to you until we've told you by email at least 7 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

How to cancel. Open My ShortHouse (shorthouse.app/me), tap Cancel VIP, then Confirm cancel. That's it: no phone call, form or email needed. You can also cancel from the billing page linked there, or by emailing support. Cancelling stops all future charges.

After you cancel. You keep VIP until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it ends automatically. Until then you can change your mind with Keep VIP on the same page.

Refunds. Because cancelling keeps your VIP until the end of the paid period, we don't give partial refunds for unused days, except where required by law. If you were charged in error or something went wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry for a short time and may keep your VIP active while we do. If payment can't be collected, VIP ends.
